Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, you must place a deposit to secure your date and items.


Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes, our delivery fee includes delivery, installation, and pickup. The fee depends on the location, date, items rented, and an elevator fee may apply.


Do you offer pickup for your items?

Unfortunately, we do not. Our items are delicate and most require assembly on-site that must be done by our team.


Do you offer a virtual design service to see what my event would look like?

Yes! Once your deposit is made, you may request a sketch of your event so you know what to expect the day of your event.


How far in advance should I book my event?

For weddings, we suggest booking at least 6 months in advance. For other events we recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance. Saturdays are the most popular day of the week for events and we offer limited slots for events.
